Today we celebrate some of our favourite heritage cuisines and Chef Clem whips up a delicious Chakalaka Eggs Benedict. Tourism is now becoming a reality and we explore all that Cape Town has to offer on Travel Tuesday while Kuhle learns a thing or two in the kitchen at the Rhino and Lion Nature Reserve.

Staying in line with celebrating our heritage through food, Katlego shares one of his favourite local recipes with us while Kuhle jets off to Durban where she learns how the Temminck Ground Pangloin is re-introduced to Zululand. She also gets a first-hand look at what a day of a vet looks like.

We get to know the team behind Metro FM's Breakfast Show as we get up close and personal with Mo Flava, Moshe Ndiki and Owen Hannie and Kuhle returns to the Rhino and Lion Nature Reserve to see how they celebrated Heritage Day. We also share a recipe for an avocado pasta with chorizo, olives and avo pesto which will leave you itching to try It at home.
