Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Crocworld Conservation Centre frogging evening planned for Friday, 10 January 2020 has been postponed to Saturday, 25 January 2020.
Crocworld regrets any inconvenience has confirmed the new date to ensure anyone interested in participating in this exciting nature walk will get the chance to do so.
The frogging evening, which will be hosted in collaboration with Nick Evans of KwaZulu-Natal Amphibian & Reptile Conservation, will take place in a nearby wetland with participants given the opportunity to view a number of local frog species, as well as other nocturnal mammals and birdlife, all in their natural environment. The evening will start with a talk followed by the nature walk led by Evans.
Date: Saturday, 25 January 2020
Time: Meet at 6pm for welcome and presentation at 6.15pm. Crocodile feeding at 6.40pm, 7pm departure to site and return by 9pm. Own transport essential.
Venue: Meet at Crocworld Conservation Centre
Tickets: R80 per adult and R50 per child under 12 years. Space is limited to 50 people so booking is essential. Payment can be made on the day or via EFT. Banking details are available on request.
Dress: Old clothes, gumboots, headlamps and torches.
