About the DJV Group:
They have offices in Johannesburg and Cape Town and links internationally. The company was formed to help those who simply could not afford to buy their own property but could afford buying into a property consortium loosely termed a ‘Property Stokvel;’ those who preferred a rent to buy model as well as those who had the capital to invest into various properties but wanted them managed. Managing Director Hannes Dupper is an absolute visionary who understands the South African market and says “…All I ever wanted to do was help South Africans own their own home. For many they simply could not afford a bond on their own or had too much debt and I thought what can I do…” Currently studying towards his MBA, Mr Dupper and his team spend every moment to ensure that everything the company does is benefiting the market at large.
