The Top Employers Institute® programme certifies organisations based on their participation and results of the HR Best Practices Survey. The survey covers six HR domains comprising 20 topics including, among others, People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Well-being and Diversity & Inclusion.
The programme has certified and recognised more than 1 857 Top Employers in 123 countries/regions across five continents.
