Everyone knows, of course, that women and even men love to shop
Springfield Value Centre, operating now for over 30 years, offers great brands and more value for your buck, has launched their new and exciting promotion “For the Love of Shopping”, which runs from now until Saturday March 2.
This great competition is offering shoppers the chance to win your share of a R10 000 shopping spree if you spend R300 or more at any store (T’s & C’s apply).
Springfield Value Centre explored some fun facts about the Love of shopping until we drop and the inspiration behind running this competition, which may very well be describing you.
Reason one, we love to explore things, by window shopping or setting out with friends or partners to find something new, from a great pair of trainers, electronics or that much needed new lounge suite!
From a fashion sense of the word, we like to look good as it makes us feel good. We all have our fetishes, from clothing, bags, make up, liking all those things that raise our style quotient without breaking the bank, especially at Springfield Value Centre.
Shopping does make us happy, lifts our spirits and we believe you deserve to spoil yourself. Shopping has also been said to boost self-confidence especially if you’ve had a bad day at the office or had a fight with your loved one. Spoiling oneself if you are feeling sad does lift your spirits.
Shopping is also known as an official pastime for many, especially when you have some free time at hand.
In conclusion, shopping may be a great thing but in the words, of Michael Kors:
"Clothes are like a good meal, a good movie, great pieces of music."
Fashion allows us to dream and makes out goals that much more in reach, however, we need to remember that there are also other elements to consider, which is why when you are shopping over this promotional period, Springfield Value Centre will also be giving back to the community.
As part of their ongoing initiative Support Our Schools, for every entry received the centre will be donating R1 to neighboring Springfield Model Primary, who also celebrated 60 years of education last year. As part of this CSI initiative, Springfield Value Centre will also be contributing R12 000 to go towards much needed items for the school.
