This high-energy tribute show features a star-studded cast who will take audience members on a mind-blowing musical journey as they pay homage to Elvis Presley, the 20th century’s most celebrated rock and roller.

An icon of rock and roll music, Presley defined a genre and a generation with his quintessential hits and debonair look. The show will cover Presley’s body of work and honour the artist’s legacy in a fun and entertaining way. Fans can put on their Blue Suede Shoes and get ready to Shake, Rattle and Roll in what promises to be an unforgettable night.

This spectacular show will be performed by Shaky Russell, one of today’s supreme Elvis Presley tribute performers with a style, voice and energy that resonates that of the king himself.

“I’ve had the opportunity to perform no less than 100 yards away from the shrine of the king himself, when I visited Memphis Tennessee, as well as record at the legendary Sun Studio, home studio to many stars including, of course, Elvis Presley,”

says Russell.

“These are the experiences that allow me to not only talk to the audiences as Elvis but about Elvis.”

Shaky has also devised, co-produced and played the lead roles at top venues worldwide in hit shows such as Walking in Memphis, Rock Legends, Rock Around the Clock, Twist & Shout, Solid Gold, Elvis Forever, One Night and Heat of the Night.

“We’re thrilled to host Shaky Russell, who is nothing short of dynamite,”

says Irvin Nkosi, Promotions Manager and Entertainment Manager at Emperors Palace.

“The Greatest Tribute Show will undoubtedly take audiences back to the raw sound of the King of Rock ‘n’ Roll – Elvis Presley.”

Tickets to Elvis – The Greatest Tribute Show are R120 per person, with dinner and show packages available from R390 per person.
