Powered by the Toyota Gaming Engine, the Rocket League Fan Challenge is taking off in South Africa.

This crossover game blends motorsport with soccer, with the objective being, to use your car to dribble a ball and score by putting it in the back of your opposition’s net.

The Fan Challenge will see teams of two take on each other in a knockout tournament until there is only one champion team left, walking away with the Grand Prize of R10 000 cash. The teams that finish 2nd and 3rd will get R6 000 and R4 000 respectively.

Before the tournament kicks off, there will be an exhibition match for bragging rights between Sandile Mahlangu and Okay Wasabi. Both of them will team up with a Bravado Gaming player for an epic 2v2 clash.

Fans will also get the chance to suggest team names for the two influencers. Each fan whose team name is selected, will win a R1 000 Epic Games voucher to buy any games online for whatever console they use.

How to enter:

The first 256 teams to register via The Toyota Gaming Engine will secure their spot in the Rocket League Fan Challenge, which runs from 13 December to 19 December.

Tournament Structure:

At the end of each match, the losing team will be eliminated while the winners advance to play another day. After five gruelling rounds of knockout Rocket League games, the best eight teams will meet in the Finals to face off for a spot in the big showdown and the Grand Prize.
