In her inimitable style, acclaimed writer, director and South Africa’s queen of pantomime Janice Honeyman. Once again tells the story of poor country boy Jack, the family cow, the magic beans, the enormous beanstalk, the unfriendly giant and the enchanted goose that lays golden eggs!
Throw in a truly evil villain, played in his panto debut by famed comedian Casper de Vries and the essential good fairy, played by star songstress Lelo Ramasimong, our Jack and The Beanstalk will have audiences in awe at Jack’s madcap efforts to be courageous and the show’s bigger-than-ever-before sheer spectacle.

- This prize does not include airfare and transport to and from the venue - the winner needs to make their own arrangements.
- The prize does not include any food, drinks, or parking vouchers.
- The prize is only valid for entrance to watch the Jack and the Beanstalk Pantomime on Sunday 24th November 2019 at 4pm at the Joburg Theatre.
- The competition begins on Tuesday 12 November 2019 at 14:00 and ends on Wednesday 20 November 2019 at 23:59.
- The Winner will be contacted by Thursday 21 November 2019.
- The Winner will need to accept their prize by 15:00 on Thursday 21 November 2019.
- If no correspondence has been made by Thursday 21 November 2019 at 15:00 the prize will automatically be forfeited and the prize will be allocated to a new winner.
- The Winner will be announced on social media.
- The judge's decision is final.
- The prize is only valid for entrance to watch the Jack and The Beanstalk Pantomime on Sunday 24th November 2019 at 4pm, and may not be upgraded, or exchanged for an alternative day, time or cash.
- No-shows will not receive replacement tickets.
- Please note that owing to safety regulations each person irrespective of age must have a ticket.
- Requests for additional tickets cannot be accommodated. Tickets are to be booked directly with Joburg Theatre.
