Canadian Duo, Neon Dreams team up with South Africa’s, Max Hurrell for the “Life Without Fantasies (Remix)”
Award-winning Canadian duo, Neon Dreams have teamed up with one of SA’s fastest-rising music producers, Max Hurrell for the remix of their hit single, “Life Without Fantasies”.
Following an Instagram post asking fans which local artist they should collaborate with during their visit, Hurrell reached out with an idea on how to remix the song.
“It’s so good we had to release it,”
says Adrian Morris, after receiving Hurrell’s remix of “Life Without Fantasies” after just two days.

“He added some elements that give it a juicy summer vibe without losing any of the good parts of the original”.

Hurrell found viral success in 2020 when his single, “ZOL” topped the Apple Music and Spotify streaming charts and he landed the #1 spot on radio in South Africa for seven straight weeks.

Neon Dreams are the first international music group to tour South Africa since the COVID-19 pandemic. With sold-out tours in most major cities and towns across the nation, fans clamoured for tickets to hear their hits performed live, including their number one single, “Life Without Fantasies.”
