Ray Dylan sings about a special kind of love in new single.
After more than three decades in the music industry, Ray Dylan knows the winning recipe for the perfect hit.
It, therefore, comes as no surprise that his latest single, EK WENS, has already made waves in the industry before even being released.
This pop song, written by Sunette Bridges and produced in the USA, is about the kind of love that gives you butterflies, and he is excited to finally share it with fans.
“The song makes me feel like a child who is looking for that special (out of this world) kind of love that everyone is talking about,”
he explains.
“After hearing it for the first time, I immediately knew that this was going to be a hit song.”
EK WENS is his fourth release with Vonk Musiek and follows in the footsteps of emotional songs like Vir Eens In My Lewe and Laaste groet, as well as the dance hit By Jou Voete Lê.
The music video was filmed at Urban Brew Studios by Kreativ Productions and makes Ray look like the rock star he is. Lighting and special effects were combined to transform an ordinary “performance video” into something magical.
Ray has been working in the music industry for decades and is best-known for hits like Hokaai Stoppie Lorrie, Dis Verby, Jessica, Hier binne klop ’n Boerehart, Angel-face, You’re My Everything, Vir Ewig Jonk, Uitbasuin, Hier Teen Jou Lyf and many more.
The singer made his debut when he started performing with Bles Bridges at the age of twelve and has since mastered the art of speaking to fans’ hearts. Over the years he has released several gold and double platinum albums and singles.
Currently, he is working on exciting projects with other artists like Juan Boucher, at his own studio, RDM Studio.
He also wants to release Country Vibes 2, which he has been working on with songwriter and producer, Piet Farrell, before the end of the year.
