Blok Returns To Green Point With TWELVEONB
Cape Town property developer Blok has launched TWELVEONB, its 23rd development and fourth address in Green Point.
Located on a heritage estate at 12 Braemer Road, the six-storey development introduces 50 new homes to a neighbourhood that continues to attract both permanent residents and property investors.
