Cape Town’s northern suburbs have two good reasons to make a date with CapeGate this September. Whether your ideal Saturday starts with a workout or your weekend plans involve tracking down a brilliant pre-loved find, the centre has both covered.
Move, stretch and start Saturday strong at CG Fit Club
CG Fit Club returns on Saturday, 26 September with a double workout designed to get bodies moving and leave participants feeling good heading into the weekend.
The morning starts with a high-energy 45-minute Dance class before switching gears for a 45-minute Pilates Align session, combining movement, stretching and strengthening in one session.
It kicks off at 10h00 in the undercover parking at Entrance 6, with tickets priced at R60 per person. Spaces are limited, so booking ahead is recommended.
There is also a post-workout reward waiting. Every participant will receive a complimentary KAUAI smoothie voucher to enjoy after the session.

From clothing and accessories to unexpected finds that deserve a second look, CG Thrift Fest is made for dedicated thrifters as well as anyone curious to see what turns up on the rails and tables.
It is also an easy way to refresh a wardrobe for spring without limiting yourself to what is currently on the shop floor. The appeal is in the search. You never quite know what you are going to find.
Entry is free, which leaves more in the budget for that vintage jacket, statement accessory or irresistible bargain you had no intention of buying until you spotted it.
