Lunch is served from 12:00 pm at moyo restaurants (breakfast at moyo Zoo Lake starts from 08:30 am). In the spirit of sharing, starters are brought to your table in a communal feasting style. Later, help yourself and take your pick of the festive flavours from a carvery of smoked paprika and pesto rubbed brisket roast or a fruity fresh pomegranate molasses roasted turkey and stuffing. A favoured choice of moist sliced gammon with mustard sugar crust and dried fruit topping adds to the options available. A glorious buffet of desserts includes mixed berry trifle cups and a classic gooey malva pudding with crème analgise. A selection of mini Christmas fruit cakes ingrained in the culture of this holiday season will be at your fingertips.
