For starters choose between Fish Cakes – lightly crumbed fish cakes served with coleslaw and a light curry mayo; Trio of Bruschetta – Italian bread with basil pesto & mozzarella , tomato Verde & Ostrich carpaccio, or Ostrich Carpaccio – cured Ostrich meat served with capers, parmesan and a balsamic reduction.
Mains include a choice of Fish of the Day; Beef Fillet (chef’s special) served with a creamy mushroom sauce, pomme frites and a carrot puree; Garlic Prawn & Mussel Pasta – succulent garlic prawns in a creamy white wine sauce and half shell mussels with linguine, parmesan and rocket; or Spinach Cannelloni (V) .
Choose from one of the soul-stirring delectable desserts, Brownies – decadent chocolate brownies with pecan nuts , vanilla ice-cream and almond shavings; Meringue and berries, – warm berries with meringue, topped with chantilly cream; or Baked Apple Crumble with vanilla ice-cream.
End the evening with a little night cap, indulge in Amarula and dipped chocolate strawberries.
