Designed with a clear focus on productivity, efficiency and durability, the new range offers businesses a practical solution built to carry more, cost less to run, and maximise uptime.
The Star Range is available in five body styles - Single Cab Dropside, Double Cab Dropside, Box Body, Panel Van and Mini Van - allowing operators to select a configuration tailored to their specific business needs. Pricing starts at R189,000 and extends to R219,000, positioning the range among the most accessible new mini trucks available in South Africa. Notably, every model in the range comes standard with air conditioning and heating; this is a key advantage in demanding working environments, helping drivers remain comfortable, alert and productive throughout the day.
All derivatives are powered by a 1.25-litre petrol engine producing 72kW and 119Nm, paired with a five-speed manual transmission driving the rear wheels. This drivetrain configuration ensures optimal traction under load, with weight distributed over the driven axle; a proven approach widely used in larger commercial vehicles.
