Under the baton of Maestro Kutlwano Masote and led by Miro Chakaryan Concert Master of The JPO, our powerful orchestra explores some of the greatest orchestral masterpieces from the big screen to pearls of the Classical, Romantic and Impressionist traditions.

A programme of Mediterranean Musical Magic including violin virtuoso Jonathan Mayer strumming sultry sounds of Sarasate and Saint-Saens, the fanfare of the “fandango” from the trumpet of Phil Cox & Arabian aromas of Tunisia, a plaintive Pavane, the “Ritual Fire Dance” of de Falla and culminating in Ravel’s Bolero!

Epic festival food will be courtesy of the Epicurean Emporium, featuring an array of the finest traders from Johannesburg's flourishing food markets, as well as freshly established Jozi restauranteurs.
