Dance Fusion Workout @ Granada Square!
On Saturday, January 25th, Granada Square will be hosting an exhilarating
dance fusion workout (free attendance), which has been launched in
partnership with Moses Mabhida Virgin Active SA and the Discovery Store.
The first slot starts at 8.15am and again at 9.15am, so head down and start your
morning off right with this fun exercise and get that body moving.
Cardio dance fusion can be described as a heart-pumping workout that
combines cardio moves, dance, and body sculpting to get you a slimmer,
trimmer, and sexier body in no time. No dance experience is required and two
left-feet will not stop you from having a blast and getting the benefits of
this ultimate, high-energy experience.
Virgin Active SA and Discovery Store collectively agree that this it is a
great way to get fit while being aimed at non-professional dancers. With so
many reality dance competitions TV from Strictly Come Dancing to America and
Britain's Got Talent, many of us watch in envy. No more. This is definitely
something to spice up your exercise regimes and will appeal to those who
aren't trained dancers but want to benefit from the adrenalin of being in a
dance class.
So, take up the opportunity of trying something new and head down to Granada
Square, situated in Chartwell Drive, Umhlanga Rocks.
Remember, break out for the work out and take that chance to dance this
Saturday!
