Clearwater Mall is giving weekend plans a fresh, feel-good start with its Fab Fit Mash-Up Class, brought to you by Burn Fitness, taking place in the Piazza on Saturday, 11 July from 8.00am to 9.30am.
Designed for friends, couples, families and fitness fans who like their workouts with a side of fun, the Silent Fab Fit Mash-Up brings together two crowd-pleasing favourites in one energising morning session. The class starts with 45 minutes of Zumba to get the body moving, the music flowing and the endorphins going, followed by 45 minutes of calming yoga to stretch, reset and ease into the weekend.
Tickets are R50 per person and include the full 1.5-hour class, as well as a post-workout breakfast at Doppio Zero.
The class has limited space for 90 participants, so booking is essential. Guests are asked to bring their own yoga mat and arrive ready to move, stretch and enjoy a fresh start to Saturday.
Each participant who books and pays online will receive a voucher from the instructor after the class. The specified Doppio Zero breakfast offer is only valid for participants who have booked and paid online, and may only be redeemed on Saturday, 11 July from 9.30am to 11.00am. Breakfast cannot be claimed later if the participant does not attend the class.
