GETTING MUSICAL WITH THE COOLEST OG'S THIS WEEK
SABC 2’s new reality THE COOLEST OG'S premiered last Sunday evening, introducing us to 12 colourful senior citizens, all gunning for the chance to win a whooping R100 000 cash prize.
Battling it out for the title of The Coolest OG, the contestants got to share their fashion swag with the viewers giving us a sense of their style.
This weeks’ episode will feature the music challenge allowing the contestants to explore their wildest musical dreams. The OG's get to record a song and shoot a music video. Each of them get a chance to work with the professional sound engineer to record an explosive track and then shoot a music video for their song. The goal: Blow the judges away. The tracks they recorded range from amapiano to hip hop to kwaito to house, dance and pop music.
