Granny Mouse ready to cook up a storm!
Catch Granny Mouse Country House & Spa Executive Culinary Artist, Wayland Green as he creates four delicious African-inspired dishes at this year’s Royal Show at the Royal Agricultural Showground’s in the Royal Show Chef’s Kitchen.
On Friday, 25th May at 12h00-12h45 he will be cooking Chakalaka Salad & Grilled Chicken; Sunday 27th May at 15h45-16h00 he will be cooking Curried Samp & Beans; Thursday, 31st May at 14h30-15h15 which will see him cook Shakshuka - a Northern African dish - and Friday, June 1st at 12h00-12h45 where he will cook Vetkoek & Mince – all with his signature Granny Mouse twist!
With a busy weekend ahead, Green will also be attending the Durban Business Fair at Hammarsdale Junction Mall where he will be cooking in the Flavours of Durban Celebrity Chef Kitchen on Sunday, 27th May from 13h15 -14h00.
