Fires will be stoked on Friday, 22 September, Saturday 23 September, and Sunday, 24 September, from 7-9pm.
The menu includes something for everyone, from assorted breads with truffle infused butter to grilled aubergine marinated in smoked paprika with buffalo mozzarella, from beef boerewors pinwheels to lemon-and-herb boned chicken thighs. To end off the feast from the grill, there’s warm Cape brandy pudding with crème anglaise and Chantilly cream. Doesn’t that sound delicious?
