How to enter the Fleet Safety Awards 2025
The 2025 Fleet Safety Awards is now open for entries! The Awards started four years ago to celebrate excellence across South Africa's fleet industry, distinguish leaders in fleet management, reward driver commitment to safety, highlight truck stops and now promote sustainability efforts.
This year a cumulative total of R250 000 in cash prizes awaits winners who are victorious at the final Awards ceremony in October.
How to enter
The entry process is further simplified and improved to make submitting an entry as hassle free as possible.
- Register on the fleet safety awards wesbsite
- Check your inboxes for your unique identifier which will be sent via text and email
- Navigate to the log-in page and use this identifier to log in
- Select the first category you would like to enter
- Complete your chosen category and answer every question
- Click submit and you will be redirected to the dashboard where the next entry can be completed
- Multiple profiles need to be created if you are nominating numerous individuals for the same category (the Road Warrior is a category where this is often required).
In summary, the entry process can minimised to three simple steps: create a profile, complete the entry and then submit. An entry is only complete once you have registered and completed the full entry. Registration alone is not an entry into the Fleet Safety Awards.

- Best Organisation
- Road Warrior
- Sustainability Leadership Award (new)
- Sustainability Innovation Award (new)
- Most Improved Truck Stop
Win every month
Each month a fantastic prize will be awarded to one of the entrants in a lucky draw. This means the sooner you enter, the greater your chance is of winning one of these valuable prizes. During the first month of entries, exclusive double tickets to the Festival of Motoring were awarded to four winners drawn from the successful entries. Submit your entry for the to be eligible for the next draw on 16 July 2025.
