Introducing Naked Kitchen’s New Summer Deli Menu
Following their launch in August 2017, Naked Kitchen & Coffee Bar offering gourmet coffee and home-style cooking for sit down or ‘to go’, have recently launched their incredible new summer deli menu.

Inspired by Shaun Els and Victor Barbosa’s international travels, passion for coffee and love for fresh, seasonal food, this duo have brought this global gourmet deli trend to Johannesburg. The sleek, stylish setting and convenience factor is what differentiates the Naked concept from others.

Largely based on the notion of green, whether it be the colour, the growth or how good it is for your body, the new summer deli menu offers on trend dishes that change according to ‘what’s now’, be it a style, a seasonal vegetable or a new way of eating - All true to the Naked Kitchen offering.

The new menu incorporates superfoods such as kale, barley and turmeric and is ultimately a comforting combination of both flavour and respect for the ingredients.

Some of the key items on the summer menu include brown rice with kale and turmeric, tamarind roast aubergine, a herb salad with roast garlic yogurt and a must have favourite; the mouth-watering lime and sriracha chicken skewers.

As Naked Kitchen continues to tap into what’s trending within the international food and restaurant industry, this summer the deli will consist of freshly prepared ensembles that change every two days ensuring all guests experience something new.
“The setting, the convenience, the fact that our dishes change based on what’s trending is simply what sets Naked Kitchen apart from any other restaurant”, says Victor Barbosa.
The new menu is approachable but showcases that intriguing Naked twist, after all what better way to enjoy your summer meal other than – Naked.

With its sleek and stylish décor, Naked Kitchen & Coffee Bar satisfies more than just your taste buds. A space that was custom created and includes interesting furniture, leather and brass light fittings and handmade forest green tiles. Various textures – wood, leather, steel, brass – come together to create a chic, contemporary space.
Naked Kitchen & Coffee Bar is located in Morningside Shopping Centre, corner of Rivonia and Outspan Roads, and is open seven days a week. A second Naked Coffee will be opening in the Protea Court in Sandton City, December 2017.
