ESPN Africa is also set to air the much-anticipated Christmas Day games, a cherished tradition that basketball enthusiasts eagerly await. Additionally, the weekly magazine show "NBA Action,” will provide comprehensive analysis, player interviews, and exclusive behind-the-scenes content on ESPN2.

The reigning NBA champions, the Denver Nuggets, are coming off a historic victory last season. Led by the sensational Nikola Jokic, they secured their first-ever NBA title in franchise history, prevailing over the Miami Heat in Game 5 to clinch the series 4-1 earlier this year. The burning question on everyone's lips is whether they will maintain their prime position in the upcoming season.

Kyle De Klerk, Director: Sports at the Walt Disney Company Africa, shares, "The eagerly anticipated new season from the NBA reflects ESPN Africa's commitment to delivering the very best in US and international sporting competitions. We look forward to offering the very best of on-court excellence and with exclusive and unparalleled off-court access, to keep viewers enthralled throughout the new season."
