About HospiceWits:
HospiceWits provides care, comfort and support to patients and families affected by a life-threatening illness. Examples include cancer, HIV /Aids and organ failure. As a registered Non-Profit organisation, we rely on the support of corporates, trusts/foundations and individuals to enable us to meet the needs within our communities. Not only do we provide care to meet the physical needs of our patients, we go beyond that to ensure that their emotional, spiritual and psychosocial needs are met through our inter-disciplinary team. Our care and support are provided in the comfort of our patient’s homes (home-based care) or in our in-patient unit in Houghton.
As a Non-Profit organisation, many of our services are funded through initiatives such as Events that we host from time to time. Your support with this Event will enable us to continue with the provision of high-quality Palliative care services.
There is no end to our caring.
