NPL’s FemmeFit Fest puts the spotlight on healthy living
The NPL FemmeFit Fest shook off the mid-year winter blues on Saturday, 27th July. The wellness day was filled with activities aimed at keeping women active and motivated throughout the season, and it delivered exactly that!
Attendees started the day with a high-energy HIIT workout, enjoyed a lively rebounding class, showed off their moves in a dance session and wrapped up with a stretch and talk focused on mental health.
The event created an exceptional atmosphere for all who joined, with top brands like Freddy Jeans, Decathlon, MAC Cosmetics, No Crumbs, Missfit Boxing, FitFood4U, Nooma Café and Hydrade showcasing their products both in goodie bags and at stalls.
