Celebrate the end of 2018 and the start of 2019 in style at the Sky Villa Boutique Hotel New Years’ Eve Party on Monday 31 December - 6.30pm for a 7.00pm start - it’s going to be the most lavish and entertaining party in Plett.
Make a date to celebrate with family or friends at the Sky Villa Boutique Hotel’s rooftop Sky Bar with its pool and large booth seating areas and stunning views – there is no better view in Plett!
Get ready to Party – the entertainment includes the talents of William Ferreira and Doppelgänger and a midnight countdown - from the moment you enter at the impressive front entrance you will have a VIP experience.
The fun kicks off at 7pm with William Ferreira’s live acoustic act. The young and very talented William is a local musician from Sedgefield. Doppelgänger – a lively electronic duo with the sounds of house, jazz and electro that has performed on some of the biggest stages in the Eastern Cape, takes over sometime after 10pm. Doppelgänger, with JayKay on decks and JoeSmash on the sax, performs covers - with a twist – delivered with high energy and punchy vibes. From just before midnight Doppelgänger the DJ will take the party fun to a sizzling finish at 2.00am.
Buffet style party food will be served throughout the evening. First up, canapés will be served -Tomato, Olive and Feta tartlets, Peppered Beef Carpaccio on a crouton, Prawn & creamed Leek Phyllo tartlets, Seared Duck with Orange & Chilli served on a blini, Dukkha Chicken Kebab and Tomato chutney; then the “Main Event” - Chicken Breasts, marinated in a Garlic & Peri-Peri marinade, Pure Beef and Rosemary Lamb patties with buns and various delicious toppings, served from the Burger Station; and from The Grecian Shawarma - Rosemary Lamb & Garlic & Herb Lamb; Stir-fried vegetables with Pita Breads, sliced and ready to fill with fillings, and to “End Off “,there are the to-die-for Brownies, Fruit skewers with a honey, lime and basil marinade, Apple and berry crumble bites and Milk tartlets.
Just before midnight you can count down the last seconds of 2018.
And later…more food will be served from The Babalas Station - Beef Boerewors rolls, Peri-Peri sauce, tangy Chicken on a stick and fiery Louisiana Riblets for the party animals partying through to the finish.
Ticket price: R600 per person includes food throughout the night.
