Starbucks arrives in Sandton City

Starbucks and Taste Holdings have announced the location of their next store as Sandton City.
Very soon shoppers in Johannesburg’s most iconic mall can enjoy an iconic Starbucks beverage.
The 305m² store will feature the Starbucks core menu including 100% Arabica coffee, an expansive fresh food selection, an exciting range of Teavana teas and free high-speed Wi-Fi. The store also offers Starbucks Rewards members the opportunity to conveniently pay for their items through the Starbucks mobile app and receive loyalty points.
Starbucks is known globally as the “third place” - between home and your work. For Starbucks, the third place experience is driven by locally relevant store design, the innovative and tailored-to-you coffee offering and, of course, the focus on customer service.
“Good shopping deserve good coffee and we are excited to announce that the Starbucks Sandton City will open early May,” says Clive Liversage, managing executive for Starbucks in South Africa.
