StudioA shortlisted for prestigious International Hotel & Property Award for design of MESH Members Club
International award winning, boutique interior architecture firm based out of Johannesburg, South Africa – StudioA have been shortlisted for an esteemed International Hotel & Property Award.
The International Hotel & Property Awards, are hosted by design et al, a leading UK interior design magazine. A number of award categories are included and South Africa’s StudioA has been shortlisted in the Bar/Club/Lounge category for the incredible design of the MESH Members Club in the Rosebank Keyes Art Mile. MESH has become an esteemed location for business owners, entrepreneurs and creatives and has received a substantial amount of publicity for it’s incredible décor and design completed by Tristan Du Plessis of StudioA.
“Being shortlisted for such a prestigious international award, for this project specifically means a great deal to me”, says Tristan Du Plessis of StudioA. “Knowing our work is recognised on this level cements the fact that our designs are in fact world-class and this does not only occur on projects offshore, to have the design of key spaces in our own country rivaling some of the most admired design spaces in the world is a celebrated moment”, adds Du Plessis.
The International Hotel & Property awards are not judged by a panel, instead shortlisted entries are presented online and voting is required to secure the winners position.
Votes were opened on Wednesday 24 May 2017 and are open for 4 weeks. As many votes as possible will be required to strengthen the chances of StudioA walking away with this prestigious award. The awards will take place on 23 June 2017 at The Hotel Caruso, Ravello, Italy.
