One of the world's most influential woman of our time, Ustadha Yasmin Mogahed is coming to South Africa in July 2017.
Ustadha Yasmin Mogahed is known for her gift of captivating an entire audience with her thoughts and insightful reflections.
Born in Cairo, Egypt and raised in the United States, she is a Psychology graduate, and attained her Masters in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
She then went on to teach Islamic Studies and served as a youth coordinator. Yasmin also worked as a writing instructor at Cardinal Stritch University and a staff columnist for the Islam section of InFocus News. Currently she’s an instructor for AlMaghrib Institute (the first female instructor), a writer for the Huffington Post, an author, and an international speaker.
Her book, Reclaim Your Heart which is a best-seller worldwide focusses on spiritual growth and personal development.
Readers will have a chance to meet and greet, attend lectures, witness live interviews and be part of a book signing session with Mogahed on her tour to South Africa in July 2017.
