Masala fried chicken recipe by Keenan Blake


8 pieces chicken
6 tablespoons masala
3 tablespoons garam masala
2 tablespoons turmeric powder
1/2 cup self rising flour
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon ginger and garlic paste
Oil for frying

Steam the chicken for 10 mins with salt to taste. After its steamed add it to a bowl and add everything, mix well. Fry on medium to hight heat for 8 to 10 mins.
