Coconut ice recipe by Keenan Blake

1 Tin Condense Milk
1 Cup Icing Sugar
Desiccated Coconut
1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
Pink food colouring

Empty the condense milk from the tin into bowl, Add icing sugar and vanilla essence. Mix until a smooth paste is formed. Add desiccated Coconut and mix with your hands, until it forms into a soft dough. Add pink colouring to half mixture and knead it in to distribute the colour. Keep the other half plain white. In a square baking tin or any square dish, place pink half of the dough and press it down in to a single layer in the tin or dish, and then do the same with the white dough on top. Allow to set, and when its set cut into squares
