If these words or the song Bohemian Rhapsody had some reference in your life, after you watch the movie Bohemian Rhapsody, this and every other Queen song will have a whole new meaning.

Set in the 1970s; taking us on the journey through the life of lead singer Freddie Mercury and his band members, Brian May, Roger Taylor and James Deacon of Queen, we witness the ups and downs of one of the most influential artists and bands in history.

If you think about it, most of Queen's songs have either been covered or sampled by other artists over many different genres which gives a bit of insight into how they have shaped modern music. Old and new musicians have either grown up listening to Queen or have taken some inspiration from their music.

With this in mind, if ever their story was told it would have to be done correctly. The time is now, and the medium is an unforgettable cinematic experience.

Bohemian Rhapsody, as guitarist Brian May at the premiere of the movie commented,

"Was identical to what we experienced on stage and behind the stage, from the sandwiches to the half drunk Pepsi..."

The movie had taken every detail into consideration to re-enact and tell the story of the four musicians and especially of the musical genius, Freddie Mercury.

There are moments in the movie that give you goosebumps because it feels so real, and there are those moments where you just want to cry because you are so connected with the band and what they went through.

Bohemian Rhapsody has to be one of the best movies I've seen in a long time.

I rate it 10/10 and encourage everyone to see it when it opens in cinemas worldwide on 2 November 2018 (South African cinemas 30 November 2018), I know I will be there again.
