Year In Review 2019: Ford Figo

Their comprehensive range of cars has something for everyone.
We were fortunate enough to test a few models from the range, and one was the limited edition Ford Figo Blu.
There is said to be only 360 units produced of the limited edition Figo Blu in South Africa.
The #NewFigo itself is a great entry level car, but the Blu is more for those Ford fanatics or someone who wants to add a limited edition to their Ford collection.
The extras on the Blu which you won't find on the standard Figo are the black roof, the blue trim around the fog lamps, black side mirrors, black 15 inch alloy wheels, the black and blue decals on the side and rear of the car, and a blue trim on the seats and interior of the doors as well as the Blu logo on the headrest of the driver and front passenger seats.
The new Figo shape is awesome but inbetween two other standard Figos the Blu really stands out.
Besides the all round electric windows, the Device Dock on the centre console is a great feature for docking your smartphone for navigation or when you want to record your carpool karaoke sessions or vlogs which we did both of.
The 88kW 1.5l Ti-VCT engine standard in all the new Figos produces 150Nm of torque.
The Figo is available in the Hatch and Sedan, with the Hatch starting price at R 191 300 and Sedan starting at R 197 500.
The Blu Model in Oxford White which we tested is set at R 209 800. 📷 @ziyaad
