New Jurassic World Dino Escape Mega Destroyers™
They're back and they're BIGGER!
The new Dino Escape Mega Destroyers builds on to the Jurassic World action figure collection. These are slightly bigger than the Savage Strike assortment which we reviewed earlier this year.
The Mega Destroyers dinosaurs include carnivores and herbivores and have an advance attack feature. The pack includes a head restraint, that the fierce Carcharodontosaurus uses his dual chomping action (with a push of a button) to get out of.
We love the Jurassic World Collection because these ferocious beasts are always ready for battle, with their movable joints, realistic sculpting, and authentic decoration.
Battle it out with other dinosaurs in the assortment, or learn more about the over 200 dinosaurs which can be collected.
Each dinosaur has a marker under their foot which can be scanned and links to the Jurassic World Facts App. The dinosaurs come to life in a virtual setting on the app, where you can hear their different roars, see them stomp, move, and view them in full 360°. Certain dinosaurs have extra special footage, and there are some exciting in-app videos which teach you more about the creatures of Jurassic World.
On the app, there is a Jurassic World map where you can explore the 7 zones of Jurassic World. There are dinosaurs to collect in 7 different habitats including the new Dino Escape section.
Our son spends hours learning fun facts, answering trivia questions, viewing the dinosaurs, and exploring the Jurassic World through the Jurassic World Facts App.
The most exciting part of the action figures and the app, are that they link directly to the Jurassic World Camp Cretaceous series on Netflix.
The online streaming series which recently finished its third season (and we are hoping for a fourth) is a captivating action packed animated science-fiction show about six teens who attend an exclusive adventure camp called Camp Cretaceous on Isla Nublar. They soon find out that on the opposite side of the island the dinosaurs have broken out of captivity and are wreaking havoc. The teens have to put their differences aside and learn to work together to survive these attacks from the worlds scariest beasts by venturing across the island with the hopes of finding a way home.
The New Jurassic World Dino Escape Mega Destroyers™ make great gifts for children 4 years and older, together with the Jurassic World Facts App and Jurassic World Camp Cretaceous Netflix Series, it's an engaging interactive way of learning about the prehistoric creatures.
Jurassic World Dino Escape Mega Destroyers™ are available at all major toy retailers at a recommended retail price of R499.
