About Coated Chocolates
Coated Chocolates is directed by Hajira Ebrahim, and was originally established in 2016 supplying personalised chocolates.
Having a full time job made running the home industry difficult and we took a break and focused on our full time business.
Fast Forward, March 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic shut down gave us the much needed time to re-establish our side hustle. Allowing ample time for product development and plenty tasters.
Besides adding on a few kgs, we also added new products to our offering and re-launched in May.
Thankfully we found a demand for our product offering and re-arranged our days and time to accommodate our Full time work and side line business.
We have since been back to work fully in May and with the relaunch of Coated we have mastered the art of managing both businesses.
No work is hard work when you love what you do.
So there you have it, who said you can't be a panelbeater by day and a chocolatier by night ?
Coated Chocolates have been operating for 1 (one) year and employs 1 (one) person.
How has the lockdown affected Coated Chocolates?
It was actually re-invented, although I think it would have thrived much better if it wasn't lockdown, not many Eid functions were held but In Shaa Allah all will settle soon.

Pre-orders and having stockist so my product is readily available.
