Happy National breakfast day all! 😄 Here's another delicious breakfast idea that I had created for my sisters when they visited a little while ago. I dipped a soft roll into a spicey egg mixture (used for egg bread) and fried it till perfection. I then made a small batch of green chilli and garlic scrambled eggs as a filling for the sandwich and I must say it went down really well! This recipe and method can be used with low carb bread as well 👌 Pair it with a steaming cup of karak chai and you have yourself a winning breakfast 😍

Whisk ingredients together.
Slice bread slices in half.
Dip into egg mixture and fry in shallow oil till golden brown.
