Cookies / Biscuits are little bites of heaven, mostly enjoyed dunked in some tea, or coffee. If you're one of those who can actually eat a biscuit without dipping it in a hot beverage, I salute you - you have will power!
As someone who prefers other people's food and bakes, I would usually enjoy my dunkers to be store bought, or homemade (by someone else's home :) ), but in the spirit of Bake Cookies Day, I've put together a short list of recipes from across our website, to help you choose which biscuits/ cookies you can bake... you can also browse our Recipes section to find your own.
Baking Cookies/ Biscuits is a fun activity to do with the kids, I know my son loves it when we have our "baking biscuit" time, and often asks when we are going to do it again!
So we will begin with his (and my) favourite - mostly because it's easy:

Some brands love to share their recipes with us, one such brand shared an interesting way to make cookies, using PAP! Here is their recipe: Pap Cookies
Many years ago, we introduced a content creator/ blogger/ vlogger collaboration where these creatives were able to have another platform to share their content, to reach a much wider audience. Besides sharing their content, we created a dedicated page for each of them, and two of the food bloggers have some awesome biscuit recipes that I would like to share here, especially on this Bake Cookies Day.
Dilshad Parker (Hungry for Halaal) shares a detailed post on how to make Khazura (an old school traditional kokni fried biscuit made with Semolina) with step by step instructions, pictures and even a little video:

Aniseeds learned how to make delicious looking homemade pecan nut short bread from her beautiful mother years ago, and it's a recipe she enjoys using when she needs something quick and easy, but tasty. She also includes a recipe for teabag shaped biscuits dipped in chocolate and tagged them with existing teabag labels:
