3 ripe bananas, mashed
2 eggs
1 3⁄4 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1⁄2 cup oil
1⁄4 cup milk
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
Combine the oil, eggs, sugar, milk, vanilla, and mashed bananas.Add the baking soda and flour. Mix well for 2-3 mins.Pour into a greased and lined loaf pan and bake in a preheated oven at 170°c for 50 mins or until a knife comes out clean when inserted.
