Pie Crust Recipe by Keenan Blake

1teaspoon salt
2⁄3 cup butter
5 -7 tablespoons cold water
Put flour into a mixing bowl with the butter.Using your hand rub the butter into the flour.add salt and water.Mix until dough is formed. Roll out and line a pie pan and first blind bake for 10 mins at 180°c. Remove parchment paper and baking beans, and bake for 10 mins until light golden brown.
