Cheesy chips recipe by Keenan Blake

5 to 6 potatoes, cut into chips
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup sweetcorn
4 green chillies or 3 jalapeños, chopped
1 1/2 cups grated cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Fry the chips and season. In a casserole add half of the fried chips, then sprinkle over the green pepper, sweetcorn and jalapeños or green chillies. Add the remaining layer of fried chips and top with the grated cheese. Season with salt and pepper on top. Bake for 15 mins on 200°c
