Chicken Kebabs Ingredients
· 4 – 6 chicken fillets, cut into cubes
· Red, yellow and green peppers
· Dried apricots
· Kebab sticks
· 2 x Tea4Kidz Peach & Apricot Rooibos teabags
· ½ cup of boiling water
· 2 tbsp apricot jam
· 2 tbsp fruit chutney
· 2 tbsp tomato sauce
· 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Method:
1. Steep your Tea4Kidz teabags in boiling water for 5 minutes.
2. Thread chicken strips, apricots, and peppers onto skewers
3. In a bowl, mix the brewed tea, fruit chutney, apricot jam, tomato sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
4. Grill at 180°C for 12–15 mins, turning halfway.
5. Pack for the car!
