Recipe: Chicken Stir-fry

This is what happens when I return to Cape Town with a stash of homemade rotis from my mom 😂 After a holiday away from the kitchen, it takes some time to get back into the groove of things so today's supper is a lazy chefs chicken stir fry roti wrap smothered in a delicious sauce! After a busy day it was chicken fillet to the rescue, sauteed in a combination of herbs and spices and added to a mixture of crunchy carrots, onions and red peppers. I topped it off with toasted sesame seeds for a little pizzazz (does anyone even use this word anymore?) 😆 @madame_dija I think you can relate to my post this evening 😋
