RME Virtual Assistant Services is directed by Rukeya Mall, and was established in 2015 by Rukeya Mall, who has over a decade of experience and expertise and has used her skills and experience to provide a unique solution to businesses.
The Company is a 100% black, female owned business that provides virtual business services to entrepreneurs, coaches and small to medium businesses situated anywhere in the world.
It was created with the main purpose of assisting these businesses in saving time and money by allowing them to offload tasks they don’t like to do, don’t have time to do, or not sure how to do it. This gives businesses time to focus on the more important things that allow them to grow their business.
Our focus at RME Virtual Assistant Services is saving clients’ as much time as possible by handling various aspects of their daily business operations in a seamless and professional manner. We can manage all aspects of your business administration and website development.

How has the lockdown affected RME Virtual Assistant Services?
It has not been easy as most small businesses have suffered and cannot afford to pay their employees or sustain themselves and their families. I have thus operated at an extremely reduced fee. This has in turn assisted my clients greatly as well as my business because frankly speaking, anything is better than nothing during these difficult times.

What measures has RME Virtual Assistant Services taken to ensure that they stay afloat during lockdown?
This situation won't last forever but it has caused a tremendous amount of stress for businesses, including mine.
I have adopted the following to ensure that my business stays afloat:
1) Trying to continuously market my business
2) Most importantly - Temporarily reducing my service fees
3) Sharing technology and resources with clients
4) Help my clients to work remotely
Being available to them and trying to add value where they need it most.
Why do you think RME Virtual Assistant Services deserves to win the After Fajr Grind Awards?
Alhumdulillah, everything that I have achieved thus far is by the Grace and Mercy of The Almighty.
My business is still very new and operates from a previously disadvantaged community. It is still very young however I have big dreams for my company.
The aim is to be established enough to open a virtual training college that will not only train but also employ female Virtual Assistants, thereby empowering women - single moms - women from abused homes within my community. This initiative has always been very near and dear to my heart.
I am hopeful, that the exposure that your website will bring for me and my company will greatly assist in advancing my company's objectives within my local community.
