Tikka chicken sosaties recipe by Keenan Blake

800g chicken breasts, cubed
Tikka marinate (see my recipe on the pervious post)
Sosatie sticks
Add the cubed chicken in the tikka marinate, and allow it rest for a couple of hours or days( the longer it marinates the better it becomes). Once rested add pieces to a sosatie stick, I used 7 pieces per stick. Do this until all your chicken is used(if you have leftover marinate, I normal freeze it for next time im making tikka chicken. Its so valuable to throw away). Once you did all your sosaties, line them on a ovne tray and bake them on 200°C for 15 to 20 mins.
