Tea4Kidz Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:

2 bananas

225ml full cream milk

1 Tbsp. Honey

8 ice cubes of frozen Tea4Kidz Rooibos

 

Method:

Freeze cooled Tea4Kidz Rooibos (any flavour) in an ice tray overnight

In a blender combine the bananas and full cream milk

Add the honey

Toss in the Tea4Kidz Rooibos ice cubes

Pour into glasses and serve immediately
